This is our simple route map of the
Banks Peninsula
Track.
The Track starts and finishes in Akaroa and visits the south eastern bays of Banks Peninsula.
Go up Rue Balguerie towards the hills from the crossroads where the Akaroa Information centre is. Turn left over the bridge and left again, signposted Mt Vernon, and the track carpark is approx 200m on the left.

At your orientation talk you will be issued with an informative guide booklet with sketch maps of each section of the track (as well as lots more information and stories about the area you'll be walking through).
